Preliminary findings confirm that Mr. Huang Shenchao (English name: Summer Wong), former manager of our International Sales Department, violated company policies and professional ethics, and is suspected of embezzlement during his employment, causing negative impacts on both our clients and our company.
It has been found that Mr. Huang engaged in a series of fraudulent acts, including forging or fabricating manufacturer documents, fraudulently claiming that Hong Kong Plank Limited was a subsidiary of our company, and deceiving clients by presenting its bank account as our officially designated account for payment collection. These actions misled clients into transferring payments to unauthorized accounts, resulting in financial losses, business disruptions, and reputational harm to our company.
To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of all parties, minimize further losses, and restore normal commercial order, we hereby make the following formal statements:
1. Company Relationship Declaration
Hong Kong Plank Limited is not a subsidiary of our company. There is no equity, management, or any other form of affiliation between our companies. Please refrain from associating Hong Kong Plank Limited with our company in any commercial dealings.
2. Payment Account Clarification
Our company has never authorized any third-party bank accounts, including those of Hong Kong Plank Limited, to collect payments, prepayments, deposits, or any fees related to our business. All payments involving our company must be made strictly to the official account stated in our formal written communications or contract terms.
3. Business Communication Email Policy
The company strictly prohibits the use of personal email accounts for any official business communications, especially regarding order confirmations, quotations, and proforma invoices. The only legally recognized corporate email domain is @ihypnus.com. When communicating with our staff via email, please carefully verify the sender's email address to prevent information leakage or transaction risk caused by unauthorized email usage.
4. Validity of Commercial Documents
All official commercial documents, including authorization letters, sales contracts, and manufacturer statements, must be personally signed by the responsible Vice President (VP) and stamped with the company’s official business seal to be legally effective. Please check carefully for valid signatures and seals when signing or receiving such documents to avoid potential risks associated with invalid documentation.
5. Customer Service Support
If you have made any purchases related to our products or services via Hong Kong Plank Limited, we urge you to contact us immediately to register as an official partner of our company. We will provide you with standardized technical support, product warranty, and full after-sales service to protect your legitimate rights as a customer.
